Shipping Policy:
- Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-10 business days after the payment is completed, via our preferred shipping company.
- Shipping fees may vary depending on the total amount of your order, and you can check the shipping cost during the checkout process.
- Please inspect the product upon delivery to ensure that it has not been damaged during shipping. In case of any damage, please report the issue to the delivery person and ensure a damage report is created at the time of delivery.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the speed of the shipping company. The average delivery time is 3-14 business days.
Return Policy:
- As our products are custom-made and designed specifically for each individual, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Please ensure that you review all product details, including size and design preferences, before placing your order.
- In case of a manufacturing or shipping error, you may contact us. If you believe there is an issue with your product, you must reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Custom-made items, being personal and unique, are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged during shipment or is a result of an error in production.
Important Notes:
- Custom designs are created based on the specific requests of the customer, making each item unique and non-transferable. As such, each design is personalized and cannot be reused by another customer.
- Please double-check your size measurements and ensure they are accurate when placing your order. Measurement errors or modification requests will be considered during the production process but cannot be refunded or exchanged later.
In Case of Product Defect:
- If your product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If there is an error with the product, we will assist in resolving the issue and will exchange the product if necessary.
